The whole side opens, not just the end
A standard container gives you a 7ft 8in doorway at one end and a 20ft tunnel behind it. Anything at the far end means unloading everything in front of it first. A full side access container removes that problem completely: the bi-fold doors run the entire length of one flank, so a forklift can approach any point of the container square on and lift the pallet it actually wants.
That changes what the container is good for. Long or awkward loads that will not turn through an end door go straight in from the side. Sites where there is no room to reverse a truck up to the doors can load from alongside instead. And anyone using the container as a working store rather than a sealed archive gets to see the whole contents at once.
Condition and construction
These are used units built from corten steel, which resists corrosion by forming its own protective oxide layer. Each one is inspected before sale and sold wind and watertight and structurally sound. There will be honest cosmetic wear, and that is reflected in a price well below a new side opener.
Who buys them
Builders and groundworkers wanting tools visible and reachable, farms storing feed and machinery, retailers and event operators, and anyone planning a conversion. The open side makes an unusually good starting point for a pop-up shop, a workshop or a servery, because the aperture is already there. Free UK delivery included.
