Products

We supply new and used shipping containers, cabins, trailers and accessories. Photographs are representative only; minor variations in colour, markings and condition may occur, particularly with used stock. Specifications are provided as a guide and may vary.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing and stock information is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to confirm availability before accepting an order. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by us. A tax invoice is provided for every order.

Payment

Accepted payment methods and terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Full payment is generally required before delivery is scheduled.

Delivery, Title & Risk

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title to and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, including a 30-day change-of-mind return period and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the resupply of the goods or the cost of their resupply or replacement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
