A clean, uncluttered 20ft office you can lay out your own way
This is a straightforward open-plan portable building: no fixed partitions, no built-in furniture, just a wired and heated 20ft x 8ft steel space that you arrange to suit the job. Site offices, welfare rooms, security huts, classroom overflow and temporary retail all start from the same box, and leaving it open plan keeps every one of those options on the table.
What is fitted as standard
- Vinyl flooring laid throughout
- Wall-mounted electric heater
- Three single LED lights on sensor, so they are not left burning overnight
- Two double electrical sockets and a consumer unit
- Two sliding windows, each with an anti-vandal external fan shutter
- One steel anti-vandal entrance door supplied with locking keys
- Steel anti-vandal construction, standing on jack legs
The jack legs matter more than they sound. They let you level the unit on ground that is not perfectly flat, which on a working site is most ground, without pouring a base first.
Fitting it out further
If you need more than an empty room we can add a partition wall and internal door, a kitchenette with hot water, or a toilet with wash basin and water heater. Extra windows with shutters, additional external doors, a full bathroom installation and an exterior colour change are all available.
