Delivery Coverage
We deliver new and used shipping containers, cabins, trailers and accessories UK-wide. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and any access requirements.
Delivery Cost
Standard delivery is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode within our standard delivery areas. Your delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees. For remote locations, multiple units, or orders requiring special access equipment, additional charges may apply; these will be confirmed and agreed with you in writing before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of cleared payment, with delivery generally completed within 3–10 business days depending on your location and stock availability. These are estimates only — we will confirm an expected delivery window with you after your order is placed. Delays caused by weather, transport availability or site access are outside our control, and we will keep you informed if they occur.
Site Access & Preparation
Delivery is by specialised crane and HIAB truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear, level and safe access for the delivery vehicle. As a guide, allow roughly twice the container’s length for the truck to manoeuvre and unload. Please notify us of any access restrictions (low branches, power lines, narrow gates, soft ground) before delivery. If access is unsuitable on the scheduled day, a re-delivery fee may apply.
On Delivery
Please be on site, or nominate someone, to confirm placement and inspect the unit on arrival. Once a container is placed, repositioning may incur additional charges. Please report any transit damage to us within 48 hours (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
