No swinging doors, no clearance problem
Conventional cargo doors need a wide arc of clear ground to open, and they need someone to work four locking rods every time. A roller shutter needs neither. It lifts straight up into the container, opens in one movement, and gives you the whole aperture at ground level. If the container is going somewhere you will be in and out of several times a day, a roller door is the single modification that changes how it feels to use.
It also opens up positions a standard container cannot occupy: hard against a wall, tight to a neighbouring unit, or anywhere a swinging door would foul a vehicle route.
