One trip means one voyage
This container has carried cargo overseas exactly once before arriving in the UK. That is the entire extent of its working life, so the panels are straight, the door seals have not perished and the floor has never seen a pallet truck. In practical terms it is a new container at a price below new.
The beige finish is the other reason people choose this unit. Neutral shades sit far more comfortably in residential and commercial settings than shipping-line reds and blues, which matters if the container is going onto a driveway, into a garden, or anywhere a planning officer or a neighbour will form an opinion about it. The paint is UV resistant and takes further painting or vinyl branding cleanly.

As a conversion base
The extra foot of high cube height is what makes a 40ft container usable as a room. Once you have insulated the walls, boarded the ceiling and run lighting below the roof line, a standard container feels low; a high cube does not. We can add personnel doors, windows, insulation, lighting, air vents and roller doors before delivery. Free delivery to any UK address, with nothing to add on.
