A 10ft that can actually be shipped. Most short containers on the market are cut down from longer units, which rules them out for export because the structure has been altered. This one is a genuine factory-built 10ft high cube, supplied with a CSC plate valid for around five years, so it is cleared to travel as well as to store.
The high cube profile takes it to 9ft 6in externally rather than the usual 8ft 6in. On a container this short, that extra foot represents a real percentage increase in usable volume, and it is often what allows an awkward piece of equipment to go in upright.
