This is a part-refurbished unit. That means one specific thing and it is worth being precise about it: the exterior has been sprayed for tidying purposes, and nothing else has been done. There has been no internal refurbishment, no replacement of fittings and no overhaul of the shell. The paint makes it look considerably better on a site frontage; it does not change what is underneath.

The unit is in working condition and is offered as seen. Our terms for an un-refurbished unit apply, exactly as they would if the respray had never happened.

Why buy one anyway? Because for a lot of jobs a fully refurbished cabin is money spent on a standard nobody on site will ever notice. If you need a large 32ft by 10ft space for storage, for a temporary works office, as a mess room on a short contract, or as a base to convert yourself, this gives you the footprint and a presentable exterior for materially less than a refurbished equivalent. Buyers converting units to their own specification are usually stripping the inside out regardless, which makes the internal condition close to irrelevant.
