Mains plumbed, not chemical
The distinction in the name is the important one. This is a mains unit, so the WCs flush to a live water supply and discharge to drainage in the ordinary way. There is no cassette to empty, no tanker visit to book and no chemical to top up, which over a long contract removes an entire recurring job from someone’s list. The trade-off is that it has to be sited within reach of a connection.
Two WCs and two basins are fitted in a footprint of 2.4m by 1.4m, which makes this one of the smallest ways to provide dual toilet facilities on a site or at a venue. The exterior is green.
Construction is steel with a steel entrance door, and the unit stands on corner posts so no jacklegs and no groundworks are required beyond level hard-standing. Inside, an aluminium chequer plate floor takes site boots without marking, wipe-clean wall boards make the weekly clean quick, and the walls and ceiling are insulated. Lighting and an extractor fan are fitted; there are no windows.
