An office and a store without two deliveries
Combination units solve a specific problem. A site needs somewhere for a supervisor to work and somewhere secure for materials, and there is only room, budget or crane time for one container. This 40ft unit gives you both: part of the length converted to office accommodation, the remainder left as lockable storage behind it.
That arrangement has a practical advantage beyond the space saving. Whoever is working in the office is sitting immediately next to the stores, so there is no walk across a compound to hand out a key, and nothing sits unlocked because it was easier to leave it open.
Condition, honestly
This is a used container, and we would rather set expectations properly. It has been through a four-point physical inspection, so it is sound. Cosmetically it carries the dents and dings you would expect from age and weathering. If you want something that looks new on the front of a client-facing site, this is not it, and one of our one-trip units would suit you better. If it is going on a working compound where it will pick up its own marks in the first month anyway, the saving is real and the condition is irrelevant.
Get in touch before ordering if you would like photographs of the actual unit and confirmation of the internal layout, and we will send them over. We cover UK delivery in full, whatever the postcode.
