Eight separate lockups in one container
Steel partition walls divide the length of this 40ft container into eight individual compartments, each with its own heavy duty door and its own lock box. Nobody with a key to one compartment can reach into another, which is the whole point.
Two markets buy these. Self-storage operators running a container yard get eight lettable units on the footprint of one container, with no building work and nothing to obtain planning consent for beyond siting the container itself. And main contractors put them on sites where several trades are working at once, so each subcontractor has secure storage for their own tools and materials and the recurring argument about who left what where simply does not start.
Purpose built, not converted
These are factory built as multi-compartment containers rather than cut up from an existing 40ft box in a yard. The difference shows: the door apertures are properly framed and finished, the partitions are square, and the exterior is clean and consistent instead of patched. On a self-storage site where customers see the units, that matters commercially.
