A one-trip 20ft reefer, ready to plug in
One trip means this refrigerated container has made a single loaded voyage from the factory before arriving here, so the panels, seals and machinery are effectively new while the price sits well below a brand-new unit. It holds anywhere between -20°F and 75°F, which covers frozen goods at one end and controlled ambient storage at the other.
Electrically it is straightforward but it is not a domestic plug-in job. The unit accepts 50Hz or 60Hz, tolerates a supply variance of plus or minus 15 per cent, and needs a properly earthed feed protected by circuit breakers rated at 30 amps as a minimum; on a 208/230V supply you should be looking at 50 amps. Internal breakers protect the fan motors and control circuits, and surge protection on the incoming feed is worth having. A 460V cable with a standard ISO CEE 59ft plug is supplied with the container. Note that 230V cables come without a plug fitted.
