Cargo doors are fine if you open the container twice a week. If you are in and out of it ten times a day, they become a nuisance: two heavy leaves, four locking bars, and a swing radius you have to keep clear. A roller shutter removes all of that. Lift it, work, drop it, lock it.
The unit underneath is a one-trip 20ft, so the shell is effectively new, and the shutter is fitted as a modification with a lock of its own. It is the arrangement most tradespeople end up wanting: a secure store you can actually use quickly, sited where the van parks.
