A used 40ft standard container is the workhorse of the storage market, and for good reason. It gives you close to 2,400 cubic feet behind a set of steel doors for a fraction of what building the equivalent floor area would cost, it needs no foundations beyond level hard-standing, and it can be moved again if the site changes.
These units come out of shipping line service. They have spent their working lives at sea, which is a far harsher environment than any UK yard, so a container that has come through it and still passes as wind and watertight has proved itself. Each one is checked over by our technical team before it is offered for sale.
